The company has is under the leadership of Dr Zodwa Ngobese (Dr Zodwa) who is also has extensive experience in in occupational health. Dr Zodwa Ngobese is an occupational medicine specialist, with an MB.Ch.B. and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees from the University of Natal and the University of Limpopo respectively.

She also holds post-graduate diplomas in Occupational Health (University of Free State) and Monitoring and Evaluation (Stellenbosch University); a certificate in Business Management (Manchester University), a diploma in Project Management (Varsity College), HIV & AIDS Management and Evaluation of Impairment (Pretoria University). She also has a qualification in Functional Medicine.
